Notaire, est le titulaire d'une charge qu'il exerce à titre libéral et sous sa responsabilité personnelle. Il reçoit délégation pour établir les actes authentiques. Cette authenticité en garantit la valeur juridique (légalité de l'acte, identification des parties et des biens, constat de l'accord des parties). Le notaire est également le conseil des parties pour la gestion de leur patrimoine.
